Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidates must have:
Excellent knowledge of PC hardware
Experience in identifying and resolving PC related hardware and software problems;
Experience in providing end user support and training as it relates to the use of the laptop or all-in-one PC;
Familiarity with the installation and resolving issues with MS-Windows Vista and XP
Experience providing end user support and training as it relates to the use of the workstation;
Experience providing technical support for all approved application software on the PC
Computer Technician College diploma or equivalent experience
