COMPANY PROFILE

Eurocom Corporation is Canada's premiere manufacturer of Desktop Replacement™ notebooks and all-in-one portable LCD PC systems, a state-of-the-art technology that offers all the advantages of conventional computing in a portable package.

Mission Statement
We are committed to offering our clients, our suppliers, and our employees a new sense of freedom through innovative technology, ahead of its time, in the most personal way.

Corporate Philosophy
Eurocom Corporation is based on the philosophy that the workplace PC, the home computer, and the laptop can all be replaced by a single, portable solution - the Desktop Replacement™ notebook or LCD PC system.

Most notebooks are designed to compliment conventional purchase. However, Eurocom Desktop Replacement Notebooks™ make conventional systems redundant by offering all the amenities of high-end computers in a portable package. Highlights range from 17-inch widescreen displays, the fastest processors and graphics (such as Intel Pentium 4 Prescott at 3.4 GHz and 256 MB of DDR video memory) to wireless communication, internal web cameras, TV tuners, multiply hard drives and optical drives, DVD Burners, Dual-Channel memory drives, etc.

History
Since its foundation in 1989 by company president Mark Bialic, Eurocom Corporation has vaulted to the lead of the notebook industry. Throughout its history the company has remained years ahead of the competition by matching current high-end technology while incorporating products on the verge of reaching their zenith.

In 1989, Eurocom released the EUROCOM 2100, the first notebook to match the speed and functionality of the day's top personal computers. This was followed two years later by the release of the EUROCOM 3300, the only notebook ever constructed with a 3.5" hard drive. In 1993, Eurocom astounded the industry again by releasing the EUROCOM 8200, the first notebook to use vesa bus for video.

The company's most recent triumph has been the release of the fully configurable and upgradeable EUROCOM Phantom D900T model, the fastest mobile workstation on the market, featuring Intel Pentium 4 with 1 MB cache (socket-775) up to 3.6 GHz, 800 FSB, 17-inch WUXGA widescreen (1920x1200) with Clear Glossy Surface, up to 4 GB DDR2-533 SDRAM, up to 200 GB of hard drive space with two physical hard drives supporting RAID 0 and 1 fault tolerance, two optical drives including slot-based 8x MULTI DVD (DVD-RAM/-RW/+-RW), upgradeable video with 256MB DDR2 NVIDIA 16x PCI-Express card with HDTV output, 1 Gigabit network wireless 802.11b/g LAN and Bluetooth, internal TV Tuner with S-Video in port, IEEE 1394 FireWire and DVI-I port for external digital monitors, internal Video Camera for video conferencing, internal subwoofer and internal 7-in-1 Card Reader.

The future of Eurocom portable computing is moving to high-end super powerful mobile workstations based on the 64-bit AMD or Intel processors and 16x PC-Express architecture, upgradeable video card, DDR2 video, Serial ATA and 4GB DDR400/533, as well as all-in-one space-saving solutions such as the small footprint LCD PC and thin and light notebooks and convertible Tablet PC systems.
